This website was born of a project using all the technology of web 2.0 and now Web 3.0 to create a professional website or blog.
This project allows me to form an opinion on the impact of the Internet on the media coverage of candidates “and the benefit that can draw the HR and the candidates.
Moreover, to what extent can these blogs they nuir to the company or its showcase social disclosure of inside information? How can it HRB see this trend to be appropriated?
True test in real conditions, I will communicate it to the various companies for 1 year for any positive or negative answer, I will ask the impact that the site had to reconsider their decision. At the end of 2008, I will present the conclusion I would have fired, as well as the positive and negative for HR.
In connection with my french degree of policies and strategies of human resources at the Catholic University of Paris (ICP/FASSE), this does not fit into the framework of the rating or the Masters, but may be attractive to continuing my education and my professional project.
